Issue store credit from Klaviyo.
Your best retention moments often happen in Klaviyo: a review request, a win-back flow, a VIP anniversary. Until now the reward was a discount code. With Stork, a Klaviyo webhook drops real Shopify store credit into the customer's account instead. No code, no custom integration.
- Klaviyo's no-code webhook action is enough
- Retry-safe: each event credits once
- Also works with Zapier, Make, n8n and your own app

Your retention lives in Klaviyo
Reward reviews, surveys and win-backs from the flows you already run, and keep the messaging in one place.
You give goodwill credit
Issue credit from your helpdesk when a parcel goes missing, without anyone logging in to Shopify admin.
You have your own systems
A custom app, a non-Shopify POS or a partner platform can credit customers with one POST request.
- Retry-safe. Each
external_idcredits at most once per store. A repeat is acknowledged and ignored, so Klaviyo's retries can't double-credit anyone. - Creates customers. If nobody exists with that email, Stork creates the customer and credits them.
- Activity log. The last 20 requests show who was credited, how much, the reason you sent and whether it worked.
- Pause or rotate any time. Disable the endpoint while you debug, or regenerate the secret if it leaks.
Webhook credit is native Shopify store credit in the customer's own account, in the currency you send or your shop's primary currency.
Running Klaviyo for wishlists too? Fish Wishlist, our wishlist app, sends wishlist events to Klaviyo through Shopify Flow, and its accounts widget shows customers their Stork store credit balance right in the wishlist drawer.
Klaviyo store credit questions.
Can Klaviyo issue Shopify store credit?
Not natively. With Stork Credit, a Webhook action in any Klaviyo flow can call your store's private Stork endpoint, which issues native Shopify store credit to the profile's email. No code needed.
How do I stop Klaviyo retries crediting a customer twice?
Set
external_idto Klaviyo's event ID. Stork credits each external_id at most once per store, so a retried request is acknowledged but issues nothing. Never use a fixed value or a customer ID, or only the first request ever credits anyone.Does the customer get an email when credit comes from a webhook?
Not from Shopify. External triggers don't send Shopify's store credit email, so send your message from the Klaviyo flow that issued the credit.
Which Stork Credit plan includes webhooks?
External triggers are on the Unlimited plan ($60/month). On Free and Grow the endpoint is hidden. If you'd rather stay on Grow, Shopify Flow's Add Store Credit action covers anything that happens inside Shopify.
Can I use Zapier or Make instead of Klaviyo?
Yes. Anything that can POST JSON with a custom header works the same way: Zapier, Make, n8n, a helpdesk or your own backend. If a tool can't set headers, pass the secret as a
?secret=query parameter instead.
